With the overnight rain, everything is smelling so clean and fresh. John took the opportunity to use the residue of the natural car wash to clean up the truck. It looks much better as it was very dusty. John also wiped down three sides of the fifth wheel. Tomorrow, he plans on doing the remaining side. I was inside doing laundry - yawn!
The afternoon was spent looking over our travel maps and guides trying to come up with a few destinations. Nothing is locked in but we are coming up with good alternative plans.
In the afternoon I chatted with my sister and then later in the evening we spoke with Melissa. It is always nice to get caught up on what is going on.
We walked down to the gang's Happy Hour at 4 p.m. and chatted for about an hour. We then headed home but first stopping at the Cafe for dinner.
John found some old shows of Mash and Beverly Hillbillies on TV - it was nostalgia night for us.
