What's up?

Not much here.  Weather has been great so we are loving the warm temps.

The other day John set his sights on finding out what was causing our parking lights on the trailer not to work (all the other lights work as they should).  "They" say two heads are better than one which was once again proven to be true.  John along with neighbor and friend, Bruce, joined forces to hunt down the problem.  Actually, John said Bruce's expertise really moved things along as electrical issues aren't John's thing so his help was much appreciated.  They were able to isolate the problem down to a bad connector.  So the connector was removed, wires were wire nutted together and taped, and everything works as it should.  Great news there.   Now we can drive in the dark ha, ha, ha . . . like we ever would.

John's bike had a bit of an issue that had been bugging him so we took a trip in to REI to have it looked at.  We must say that we have been really impressed with the helpful assistance given by their staff.  John's bike was fixed (sans a part that had to be ordered) and out the door in a little over a half-hour.  Better service than we could have ever expected or hoped for.

As John really doesn't want to ride his bike until the part on order comes in and gets installed, he has turned his attention to cleaning the rig.  We are so dusty/dirty!  So as part of washing and waxing, John will be giving the caulking a thorough going over and will replace as needed.  So that is how John will be spending his weekend.  Once the rig is washed, re-caulked and ready for waxing, I will jump in and lend a hand (low areas LOL).  For now, I am the break girl offering cold beverages and a reason to take a break; like he needs one.

Hope you have a great weekend.  Until later . . .
